Roger, Charlotte and the girls. (Yes, it was chilly on Saturday morning when we left.)

One day we also had Michael join us on the couch.  Here's his story - he bought a 2015 Thor Ace, I think.  Flew from Rhode Island down to Florida to pick it up.  On the way back up, he has troubles with it so he brings it to the service center.  They were able to fit him in.  He trained K-9 dogs for Search & Rescue.

Zoey jumped right up and snuggled right next to him.  She was really sleepy that morning.  None of us liked getting up at 5:30!!

So -- are we "Happy Campers" now that our motor coach (MC) has been serviced at Thor?  Yes ..... and no.

Bruce agrees that it was a good thing that we interrupted our East Coast trip to wander to Indiana for service.  Our appointment was two days before our warranty ended.  The radio that we couldn't get to not play in the bedroom at the same time as the living room nor could the I-Pod be connected ... well, we got a new one.  The rubber on our steps was cracked and falling off; they are fixed.  The awning works!!!  The drawers stay shut now.  They installed a lock for the refrigerator so it doesn't swing open and showed me how to lock the dishwasher so it doesn't open while traveling.  They replaced two broken plastic slide guides under the living room carpeting and gave us two longer guides to use so the floor doesn't get marked up.  The one shelf in my pantry that wasn't wide enough is now fixed.  We got enough rubber bumper to put on all the blinds so that they don't knock against the windows or frames as we drive. The gauge for the DEF is now functioning; the window wipers are working; the fog lights, too.  The horrendous noises that came from the door as we drive have dissipated.  They did something to the back cupboard smell better but I can still smell a hint of musty/moldy in the front.

All in all, it was a success! Our service technician, Mark, did a great job.  His manager, Steve, was quite helpful.  And we we met some very nice people!!
